What’s on at the studio this month


Hi lovely human,

I think the weather is teasing us....yes? I felt spring in the air yesterday and now...meh!

I've walked to the studio a couple of times this week and my head feels a lot clearer - I do struggle a bit by the end of Feb and am itching to get back out and about.

I hope you have been ok over the winter months - maybe you love the cozy-ness, or are like me...itching for out-side-ness!

Today is just a quick studio update for the month ahead, so you know what’s on, what’s new, and where you can join in if it feels right.


🌿 Weekly Class Timetable + 2 new trial classes starting next week...

Flow
Functional movement to build strength and mobility.
Calm
Gentle, steady movement and breath work to downshift the nervous system.

Still
Yin-style deep stretch to release tension and support sleep.

I am trialing the month Stretch and Sleep sessions. The next one is tomorrow (27th) at 7-8:30 pm & the Monthly Sunday Mind-Body Restore session just has a few spaces left on the 15th of March

Hi lovely human, I got a message this week that genuinely made me smile… and think. (It’s always dangerous when that happens.) A regular client came to a different class this week. Later I got this message: After reading it I just kept thinking, YES. This is it. We need to train the nervous system as well as the body. Health isn’t just about steps, calories and classes attended. It’s about how your body is coping underneath all of that. When we’re stressed. Work, life, hormones, poor sleep,...
